All participants meet at the corner of Campe Street and London Avenue. Judging starts at 6 pm sharp at Franny Kern Field. Traffic becomes extremely heavy. Allow for extra time for arrival. The parade commences at sometime promptly. 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place trophies will be awarded at the end of the parade at Franny Kern Field. Free refreshments will be supplied.
